No internet!

Just let everyone know, we haven't fallen off the face of the earth. We did get settled into the new house last Sunday and it has been crazy! We are still waiting on internet installation so if you need us just call!!! Hopefully I'll be back to blogging with pics soon. Also, Brooks is scheduled to see the pediatric plastic surgeon on March 12th for a consultation to remove the cyst on his face. Please keep us in your thougts and prayers. Even though the doctor's keep telling us that it is nothing serious we are still worried because the fact is that it is a still a surgery and that he has to be put to sleep for. Hopefully everything will go well with no complications.

Brooks 1st Birthday!

It's hard to believe that Brooks is a year old. It seems like yesterday that we were bringing him home from the hospital. It has been a hard but great year. Chris and I have learned a lot as new parents and now I really appreciate everything my parents did for me! Well here are a few pics from the party. Thanks to all of our close friends who came and made this day special!

Our First Home!

We finally bought our first house! We are extremely excited and can't wait to move in! Here are a few pics and some of are Brooks finding a use for our old address labels. Guess it's better than throwing them away!

Baby's First Christmas...

Brooks' first christmas turned out to be great! We were extremely busy but nonetheless he still managed to rack up on the gifts from Santa, Nana Rae, and other family members. I know next year will be even more fun because then he will actually have a clue as to what is going on!

First Visit with Santa!

Today we took Brooks to see Santa for the first time. This is the best pic we could get. He was more interested in Santa's cap than smiling for the camera! At least he didn't cry!

Picture Time!

Last week we went to try and have a few pictures made for Christmas cards. It is just too hard to have a baby and a dog and two other people look good in one picture! We picked one for the card and it is ok. Maybe we'll have better luck next year!
